I had high hopes for my stay here, but I left feeling quite disappointed. While the view from the bungalow was amazing, the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the room left much to be desired. The staff could benefit from improved customer service, particularly in handling guest requests. The diving packages were overpriced, and the food could use more variety. It's a beautiful setting, but not worth the money given the poor experience.

Rooms
5.0
The sea view bungalow I stayed in was quite beautiful, but unfortunately, it was not clean and had numerous issues, such as dirty linens and a lack of basic comforts like a proper blanket.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking, especially with the staff's attitude towards guests. When I requested information about Wi-Fi, I was met with condescension rather than assistance.
Location
7.0
The location was picturesque with a great view, but it was not conducive for those looking for peace and quiet due to the noise from boats passing by at dawn.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite limited and disappointing, especially considering the price of the diving package I purchased. Hot drinks should be a given after a dive.
Facilities
5.0
Although the facilities have potential, such as the beachfront and diving equipment, they were not well maintained. The Wi-Fi was unstable, and that was a letdown.

The resort is beautifully set with stunning gardens and offers a breathtaking sunset view. While the rooms are clean and spacious, the dining options are overpriced and the service can be quite slow. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay if you're willing to overlook some shortcomings, especially regarding value for money.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are spacious and clean, but the lack of a proper bathroom door is a significant downside, and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms.
Service
7.0
Service was friendly but disorganized at times. It felt like they were often overwhelmed and could improve on efficiency.
Location
6.0
The resort is located quite far from the main areas, making it difficult to explore without transport, particularly at night.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing; the food was just average and wait times were often lengthy, with prices that seemed unjustified for the quality served.
Facilities
6.0
The resort has lovely gardens, but the amenities felt limited and the diving equipment was in need of better management.

5.0/10

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. We booked an ocean view villa that turned out to be nothing like the pictures, and without air conditioning, it was far too hot to enjoy. While we got a glimpse of good food options nearby, overall it was a major letdown, especially with such close quarters to other guests. I felt we wasted money on three days that we didn't even spend there.

Rooms
5.0
The room was hot and did not match the photos, offering little privacy. The absence of air conditioning made it unbearable, and there was minimal sound insulation.
Service
5.0
The receptionist had a dismissive attitude when we expressed our concerns about checking out early, which was very frustrating.
Location
5.0
The location was somewhat isolated, with limited access to beaches or attractions, and no real option for a quick stroll. There was also a lack of privacy due to the close arrangement of rooms.
Dining
8.0
While the restaurant next door offered excellent food, it wasn't part of the hotel experience, which left us disappointed.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were poorly maintained, with inadequate services like Wi-Fi and overall cleanliness.

This resort is a beautiful escape with lovely gardens and stunning sunset views. While the rooms are comfortable, they lack some basic amenities, and the dining is quite pricey by local standards. The location is remote, making it challenging to explore without transportation. Overall, it offers a special ambiance but might not be the best fit for budget-conscious travelers.

Rooms
6.0
The room we stayed in was comfortable with a clean en-suite bathroom, but it lacked a proper bathroom door, and the lighting was quite low.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly and accommodating, but we encountered some issues that were not handled effectively.
Location
6.0
The resort is a bit isolated, with no nearby stores, making it hard to venture out without a vehicle.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were good but very expensive given the local pricing. Food quality was high, though.
Facilities
7.0
The resort has lovely gardens and a small beach area for snorkeling, but be prepared for limited amenities.

The resort offers stunning views and a beautiful layout, making the natural surroundings a key highlight of the stay. While the rooms are clean and basic, the dining experience leaves much to be desired with long waits and average quality. The management is trying, but there are clear areas for improvement, particularly around service efficiency. Additionally, some elements marketed as eco-friendly seem lacking.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are clean but quite basic. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and they felt a bit exposed.
Service
5.0
The service in the dining area was subpar, with inattentive staff making it difficult to get timely orders. Management seems overwhelmed despite their friendly demeanor.
Location
8.0
The resort is nestled in a quiet part of Camiguin, providing a tranquil atmosphere, though it's somewhat remote from other dining options.
Dining
5.0
Dining was disappointing with long wait times for meals and some bland options. Breakfast, in particular, was not included in the room fare.
Facilities
7.0
The resort has great potential with beautiful views, but lacks in some basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and evidence of eco-friendly practices.
