Reviews and Ratings
I had high hopes for my stay here, but I left feeling quite disappointed. While the view from the bungalow was amazing, the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the room left much to be desired. The staff could benefit from improved customer service, particularly in handling guest requests. The diving packages were overpriced, and the food could use more variety. It's a beautiful setting, but not worth the money given the poor experience.
The resort is beautifully set with stunning gardens and offers a breathtaking sunset view. While the rooms are clean and spacious, the dining options are overpriced and the service can be quite slow. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay if you're willing to overlook some shortcomings, especially regarding value for money.
My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. We booked an ocean view villa that turned out to be nothing like the pictures, and without air conditioning, it was far too hot to enjoy. While we got a glimpse of good food options nearby, overall it was a major letdown, especially with such close quarters to other guests. I felt we wasted money on three days that we didn't even spend there.
This resort is a beautiful escape with lovely gardens and stunning sunset views. While the rooms are comfortable, they lack some basic amenities, and the dining is quite pricey by local standards. The location is remote, making it challenging to explore without transportation. Overall, it offers a special ambiance but might not be the best fit for budget-conscious travelers.
The resort offers stunning views and a beautiful layout, making the natural surroundings a key highlight of the stay. While the rooms are clean and basic, the dining experience leaves much to be desired with long waits and average quality. The management is trying, but there are clear areas for improvement, particularly around service efficiency. Additionally, some elements marketed as eco-friendly seem lacking.
